Korean Memorial

A group of Korean Era Committee members also wanted a memorial. They raised funds to remember their lost comrades and those missing in action. The memorial reads:

"This memorial is dedicated in memory of those men and women who served so gallantly for their country during the Korean conflict. May this living memorial server as a constant reminder for their struggle for freedom and to the ones who never came home. May they never be forgotten."

The Memorial also includes names of Middletown men killed in action and Middletown men who are prisoners of war.

The Memorial was dedicated the 25th day of May, 1987.

The Korean Memorial sits in front of the memorial chapel on the east side.
