Whether you need a venue for a visitation, a celebration, a meeting or seminar, Woodside has the facility to accommodate your event. The full room can comfortably seat 100 people or can be downsized for a more intimate group. We can also provide a list of excellent area caterers for your food needs or you may bring in your own meal for your gathering.

No one likes to consider death. Not when life is good and the feeling of love is everywhere. But death will come to us all and one of the finest evidences of love a person can show his or her relatives and close friends is to make burial arrangements while there is life. Such concern for the feelings of those who will survive us is a show of true love. Woodside's beautiful memorial chapel was dedicated in 1950 as a suitable memorial to the brave men and women who fought in World War II. The reverent and stately structure was designed as a special place for families or individuals to pay their final respects to a loved one. The chapel has real "old fashion" stained glass windows which add to its beauty and to the love felt and expressed as a tribute is paid and prayers are offered for dear departed relative or friend.
A mausoleum stands above ground in Woodside Cemetery. Beautiful in its stateliness. Reverent in its visual approach. Quiet, calm, respectful in its offering of a final resting place. A crypt (a space inside the walls of the mausoleum specially designed for the casket) is now available at Woodside Cemetery within the attractive Garden-Style Mausoleum. The crypts are clean, dry and have vented chambers constructed of steel reinforced concrete. The interior structure serves as a crypt into which the casket is placed. A durable sealing panel is then fixed into place and covered with polished carnation-red granite providing the warmth of love. Both individual and family needs have been arranged for and single crypts for one or companion crypts for two or more are available.
Woodside Cemetery Association embarked on a new service for our families in January 1996 with the opening of our cremation facility. This facility was built to allow families to have cremation committal services in a beautiful location, or families can witness the casket or case entering the cremation chamber through a window. Outside the facility is a beautiful patio looking at above ground niches and the beautiful Mausoleum complex. The cremation facility was built because we are seeing more people choosing cremation. Cremation is simply a different form of final disposition.
The Memory Medallion is a unique patent pending product that provides the “life story and picture” of a person at their final resting place or any place of honor. The Memory Medallion is a digital-memory device the size of a half-dollar that is rugged, impervious to weather conditions, and requires no power (no batteries) to retain its information. The Medallion is mounted on the marker or monument (bronze or granite) and the information is accessed via a simple “Touch Wand” connected to a common PDA or Laptop that utilizes our copyrighted Memory Medallion software.
