Phyllis Jean “Aunt Dodo” Prickett, age 80, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022. She was born July 27, 1942, in Middletown, the daughter of James and Polly (Walters) Cress. Phyllis retired from the Manchester Inn. She continued working at Cassano’s Pizza for many years. Phyllis was a devoted and loving mom and grandma. She was a honorary aunt to many people who will miss her greatly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon; grandson, Wesley Prickett; sister, Lorene Tannreuther; niece, Sherry Cox; stepson, William Prickett. Phyllis is survived by her children, Danny (Iris) Prickett, Michael (Patricia) Prickett and Cody Prickett; 5 grandchildren, Tasha, Billy, Dustin, Christopher and Kasey; sister, Shirley Cress (Don) Campbell and many nieces and nephews.
