FUGATE, Heather Marie, age 35, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Friday, June 16, 2023 at West Chester Hospital. Heather was born August 21, 1987 in Middletown and lived here all her life. She enjoyed watching scary movies, playing on her phone, and going out to eat. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Karrie and Bill Warfield; her father, Anthony Fugate; one brother, Mike Fugate; three step brothers, Joe (Danielle) Warfield, Billy M. (Heather) Warfield and J.T. (Harley) Warfield; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many extended family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown followed by services at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor James Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery, Middletown, Ohio.

i was a great good friend to her i didn't get to say goodbye to her and she was my best friend i miss her so much yesterday was her birthday and i thought of her all day I've cried nonstop yesterday
