Wanda Lou VanCleve, passed away peacefully on May 9, at the age of 87, at Aarons Garden in Middletown, OH, where she had been a resident for several months. She was born in Middletown on February 13, 1937 to the late Ballard and Myrtle Adkins VanCleve. Wanda retired from Armco Inc, where she spent her entire career in Payroll. She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Pauline Hess, Virginia Metcalf, and Ruth McGraw; her niece, Tracy (Eli-surviving) Komnenovich, and a nephew, John Michael McGraw. She is survived by her nieces, Debi (David) Chandler of Middletown, OH, Melia Calvert of Batavia, OH, and Pamela (Steve) Peterson of Pacifica, CA; her nephew, Dave (Patty) Metcalf of Ellenton, FL; her great nieces, Skye Calvert of Batavia, OH, Sierra Calvert of New Richmond, OH, and Monica Nichols of Lees Summit, MO; her great nephews, Jason Grimes of Franklin, OH, Brandon Lehman of Franklin, OH, Dave Metcalf of Ellenton, FL, Rick Metcalf of Ellenton, FL, and Robert Metcalf of Sefner, FL; along with many great-great nieces and nephews. Many thanks for the special care she received at Aarons Garden and Day City Hospice. Per Wanda’s request, there will be no visitation. A Mass will be held on a later date at Holy Family Parish - Holy Trinity Church in Middletown, OH
